How does the free trial work?
14 days with full access, no card. We flag it inside the app before any charge, and you can cancel whenever you want.
How do I subscribe or cancel?
From Profile → Your plan in the app. The subscription runs through your Apple account: to cancel, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
I forgot my password or I can't sign in
On the login screen tap «Forgot your password?». If you sign in with Google or Apple, that same button works. If you're still locked out, write to us at soporte@getsilvia.com.
How do I delete my account and my data?
From Profile → «Delete my account», with a two-step confirmation. Your account and everything in it is wiped for good.
Is my data safe?
Yes. It works offline and syncs securely. The details are in the Privacy policy.
